  • Tailored for Load Capacity:
    • Our “HD” spring packs are designed to handle recommended loads of up to 1,000 lbs, but we’ve taken it a step further. If you're investing in custom springs, why settle for "almost" right?

  • Collaboration with TFL Truck:
    • We partnered with The Fast Lane Truck, a popular YouTube channel known for truck testing, to enhance their 2020 F250 for their “No Pavement Needed” series. This project involved outfitting their truck with a Carli Pintop suspension and our XHD leaf spring pack to support their 4 Wheel Camper Hawk pop-up.

  • Increased Load Capacity:
    • With a constant bed load of 1,800 lbs to 2,000 lbs, we developed a beefier version of our HD leaf springs to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  • Optimized Shock Compatibility:
    • To complement the increased spring rate, we require customers to use the Pintop (King 2.5″) shock package. Our team has developed a custom shock tune specifically designed to enhance ride quality, handling, and stability for modified rigs with a heightened center of gravity.
