The AEV 2.5” DualSport RT Suspension System for the Jeep Gladiator JT is engineered to deliver the perfect balance of ride quality, load-carrying capability, and off-road performance. Designed as a true expedition-ready suspension system, this kit provides 2.5–3 inches of lift while maintaining the stability, comfort, and drivability that make the Gladiator an excellent daily driver and adventure vehicle.

At the core of the system are AEV frequency-tuned triple-rate coil springs, which provide additional ride height while improving load handling and suspension articulation. These springs are available in Standard Load and High Capacityversions so you can match the suspension to your build—whether it’s a lightly equipped Gladiator or a fully outfitted overland rig carrying rooftop tents, cargo systems, or recovery gear.

The springs are paired with AEV-tuned Bilstein 5100 series shocks, delivering improved damping control and a slightly sportier feel while maintaining excellent comfort on pavement. This coil spring and shock combination increases both up travel and down travel, improving articulation, bottom-out resistance, and high-speed control over rough terrain.

To maintain proper suspension geometry after lifting the vehicle, the DualSport RT system includes heavy-duty control arm geometry correction brackets, a rear track bar tower extension, extended sway bar end links, and bump stop spacers. These components work together to improve handling, reduce body roll, and deliver a more controlled driving experience both on-road and off-road.
