This system raises the front of your Power Wagon approximately 2″, increasing usable suspension travel by roughly 50 % more than factory, thanks to taller, lighter-rate front coil springs that help smooth out bumps and absorb impacts with ease. The result is a supple, controlled ride quality that excels on paved roads as well as rough backroads. 

At the heart of the Pathfinder system are Carli-SPEC 2.5″ remote reservoir shocks, engineered to provide consistent damping, improved heat management, and longer service life compared to smaller shocks. The larger piston and fluid capacity improve control and reduce fade under sustained use — making this kit ideal for drivers who want premium ride quality without the stiffness of aggressive off-road setups. 

To keep suspension geometry optimized at the new ride height, the kit includes key correction components such as an adjustable front track bar to recenter the axle and radius arm drop brackets to restore proper caster and axle position. Rear geometry corrections — including compatibility with Carli’s Extended Rear Track Bar — help minimize rear axle yaw and improve high-speed stability, giving you predictable handling on- and off-road.
