The Carli Progressive Leaf Spring Kit (3″ Rear Lift) is a premium rear suspension upgrade engineered for 2019 and newer Dodge Ram 3500 4×4 diesel trucks with a 4.25″ axle tube. These full‑length progressive leaf springs deliver a balanced 3″ rear lift that maintains a subtle rear‑high stance and complements Carli 3″ front suspension systems. Designed as a two‑stage spring pack, they soften the initial spring rate at ride height for improved daily ride comfort while still offering strong load‑carrying performance.
This progressive design also helps minimize axle wrap and wheel hop during acceleration and cornering, improves suspension travel capability (up to ~15″ with factory shackles), and enhances overall rear suspension performance both on‑road and off‑road. Because these springs reduce payload capacity to a light 3/4‑ton rating, they are ideal for everyday driving and weekend adventures rather than maximum hauling.
