• Versatile Airbag Functionality:
  • Spacer Pucks: Easily removable to allow for full compression and droop travel of the leaf springs when set at zero psi. When you need to use the airbags, simply install the Spacer Pucks and add air pressure as needed.
  • Tool-Free Installation: The spring-loaded latch design eliminates the need for tools, making installation quick and hassle-free.

Important Notes:

• U-Bolts:
  • If you're using Deaver (Carli) full progressive spring packs, please note that u-bolts are not included in the kit. You must use the semi-round u-bolts supplied with the leaf springs.

• Dually Compatibility:
  • For DRW (dually F350/F450) applications, ensure a minimum clearance of 7.5" from the inboard tire face to the chassis face to avoid tire rub.

• B&W Model Compatibility:
  • (2017-2022): Compatible with B&W model # 1116 (gooseneck) and 2406 (5th wheel).
  • (2023+): Compatible with B&W model # 1123 (gooseneck) and 2406 (5th wheel).

• Functionality Note:
  • Using this kit will negate the proper function of the 2023+ Ford's "Onboard Scales/Smart Hitch" option, typically found on higher trim models. For clarification or solutions, feel free to contact us.
• 1. Zero PSI Command:
     • Ability to command the system to ZERO psi, which is ideal for optimal operation with our full travel airbag systems. Many competitors set a minimum of 5 psi, which is not ideal. tHIS CAN ONLY be acheived when utilizing the PACBRAKE Controller
