• F250 vs. F350 Considerations:
  • The F250 features a lighter rate spring pack (2 main leaves), while the F350 has a stiffer setup (3 main leaves).
  • F250 Add-A-Pack provides a significant upgrade over stock, while the F350 Add-A-Pack may remain stiff unless loaded.

• Capacity Solutions:
  • We recommend the Full Replacement Leaf Spring Packs for both trucks, especially for the F350 with stiff factory springs.
  • If capacity is a concern, consider adding an aftermarket airbag system to restore F350 capabilities. Ensure the system allows airbags to disconnect during suspension cycling for maximum rear travel.
  • The Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack shifts the axle slightly forward for maximum tire clearance with 37” M/T tires at full compression.
