FOX 2.5 Performance Elite front coilovers replace the factory front struts and coil springs with complete, application-specific coilover assemblies.

The larger 2.5-inch shock bodies and external reservoirs increase shock-fluid capacity and improve heat dissipation during extended off-road driving. Integrated coil springs support the weight of the truck and allow the spring preload and front ride height to be adjusted.

FOX Dual Speed Compression adjusters provide independent control over low-speed and high-speed compression damping. High-Clearance BDS Crossmember System

BDS uses high-arched, 1/4-inch-thick laser-cut steel crossmembers to maximize ground clearance while creating a strong foundation for the lifted front suspension.

A multipiece front skid plate connects the crossmembers to create a rigid subframe while providing additional protection for the front differential and surrounding drivetrain components.

Heavy-Duty Steering Knuckles

CNC-machined ductile-iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height. Replacement tie-rod ends work with the BDS knuckles to maintain proper steering angles, predictable handling, and Electronic Stability Control compatibility.

The BDS rear blocks replace the factory blocks. The original blocks are not stacked or reinstalled.

Recommended Wheel and Tire Fitment

The BDS 6-Inch Lift Kit provides clearance for 35-inch tires and select 37-inch tire combinations with the proper wheel width, offset, backspacing, and required trimming.

Common BDS-recommended combinations include:

• 35x12.50 tires with 18x9 wheels and 5 inches of backspacing
• 35x12.50 tires with 20x9 wheels and 4.5 inches of backspacing
• 37x12.50 tires with 20x9 wheels and 5.5 inches of backspacing

Actual clearance will vary based on tire manufacturer, wheel width, offset, backspacing, alignment settings, and vehicle configuration. Trimming or crash-bar modification may be required.

Important Fitment Notes

• Fits applicable 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD models.
