CARLI 2021+ FORD BRONCO FRONT BILLET UPPER CONTROL ARM

Upgrade the front suspension geometry, strength, and serviceability of your Bronco with the Carli Suspension Billet Upper Control Arms. Designed specifically around mildly lifted 2021–2025 Ford Broncos, these arms provide the caster and camber correction necessary for proper alignment while replacing the factory ball joint and stamped control arm with a substantially more robust, rebuildable assembly.

Each control arm is machined in-house from a solid block of 6061 billet aluminum and finished in a Type III, Class 2 hard anodized coating for long-term corrosion and wear resistance. Carli pairs the billet construction with integrated bushing housings, greasable polyurethane frame pivots, 17-4 stainless steel alignment spacers, and oversized 1.25" FK Uniballs to create an upper control arm built around strength, suspension travel, and long-term serviceability.

Designed for Lifted Bronco Geometry

Lifting an independent front suspension changes the operating position of the upper control arm and can make achieving proper caster and camber more difficult.

Carli engineered these upper control arms with caster and camber correction built directly into the arm, optimizing the geometry for the mild lift provided by the Carli-Spec King Coilover System and similar-height applications.

Rather than adding threaded heims or additional adjustment points to the control arm itself, Carli builds the necessary correction into the arm so the Bronco's factory alignment adjustments can be used to dial in the front end. The result is a simpler design with fewer potential failure points.

Machined From Solid 6061 Billet Aluminum

Each Carli Bronco Upper Control Arm begins as a solid piece of 6061 billet aluminum before being machined into its final form.

The bushing housings are integrated directly into the arm rather than relying on threaded or bolted-on housings. This eliminates unnecessary connections between hardened-steel hardware and aluminum components while creating an extremely rigid, clean, and durable assembly.

The finished arms receive a Type III, Class 2 hard anodized coating to help protect the aluminum and maintain their appearance through years of street and off-road use.

Oversized 1.25" FK Uniballs

At the steering knuckle, Carli replaces the factory upper ball joint with a massive 1.25" FK Uniball.

While many aftermarket upper control arms utilize smaller 1" bearings, Carli selected the larger 1.25" FK joint to increase strength and longevity while providing the angular misalignment necessary for increased suspension travel.

The Uniball is paired with in-house machined misalignment spacers and heavy-duty 12-point hardware, creating a strong and precise connection between the upper control arm and steering knuckle.

Greasable & Rebuildable Frame Pivots

Carli utilizes polyurethane frame bushings with integrated grease flutes at the chassis mounting points.

This design allows the pivots to be easily serviced with grease while providing a quiet, compliant connection between the suspension and chassis. Unlike more complicated spherical-bearing arrangements, the polyurethane bushings are inexpensive and straightforward to replace when the time eventually comes.

Carli also uses 17-4 stainless steel alignment spacers with integrated bushing crush sleeves to precisely locate the control arms within the factory frame mounts.

Built for More Suspension Travel

The combination of corrected arm geometry, oversized FK Uniballs, and Carli's machined misalignment spacers provides the articulation necessary to complement the additional travel available from performance coilovers.

When paired with the Carli-Spec King Coilover System, the upper control arms allow the front suspension to operate through its intended range of motion without relying on the limitations of the factory upper ball joint.
