The Carli Suspension Front Torsion Sway Bar is one of the most effective suspension upgrades available for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco. Designed to strike the ideal balance between on-road handling and unrestricted off-road articulation, Carli’s Torsion Sway Bar replaces the restrictive factory sway bar with a system specifically tuned around the Bronco platform.

Rather than simply eliminating sway-bar resistance for better articulation, Carli engineered the torsion rate to provide the support needed when cornering on pavement while allowing the front suspension to move more independently when the terrain gets rough. The result is a Bronco that feels more composed on-road while maintaining traction and flex off-road—without needing to manually disconnect the sway bar.

Better Articulation Without Sacrificing Handling

A traditional sway bar forces the left and right suspension to work against one another as the vehicle articulates. While this helps control body roll on-road, it can limit suspension travel and traction when driving over uneven terrain.

Carli developed a torsion rate specifically for the Bronco that reduces this restriction while retaining the roll control needed for confident street driving. Carli's goal wasn't to make the Bronco soft or disconnected from the road. It was to create a sway bar that works with the suspension rather than fighting it.

On pavement, the torsion bar provides the support necessary to keep the Bronco controlled and predictable through corners and transitions. Once the terrain becomes uneven, the reduced torsional resistance allows significantly more independent wheel movement, helping the tires maintain contact with the ground and allowing the suspension to absorb obstacles more naturally.
