CARLI 2021+ FORD BRONCO REAR ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR

Correct rear axle position and tighten up the handling of your lifted Ford Bronco with the Carli Suspension Rear Adjustable Track Bar.

Lifting the Bronco changes the operating angle of the factory rear track bar, which can shift the rear axle laterally underneath the vehicle. Carli's adjustable replacement allows the axle to be properly re-centered beneath the chassiswhile upgrading the factory bar with significantly more robust construction and premium, high-articulation joints.

Designed to complement the rest of the Carli Bronco suspension system, the CS-BRATB-21 combines heavy-wall tubing, Carli's vibration-damping CUB joint, an FK spherical bearing, and the Carli JAMMIT locking system to create a track bar capable of handling both everyday street use and demanding off-road terrain.

Re-Center the Rear Axle After Lifting

The factory rear track bar locates the Bronco's solid rear axle from side to side. As the vehicle is lifted, the track bar moves through an arc, causing the rear axle to shift laterally from its factory position.

The Carli Rear Adjustable Track Bar allows the bar length to be corrected so the axle can be properly centered underneath the Bronco at its new ride height.

Correct axle positioning helps ensure:

• Proper rear tire placement within the wheel wells
• More balanced suspension geometry
• Consistent clearance on both sides of the vehicle
• Proper operation of the rear suspension at lifted ride heights
• A cleaner, properly centered stance

For Broncos running the Carli-Spec King Coilover System or another lifted suspension configuration, an adjustable track bar is an important part of properly addressing the geometry changes created by the additional ride height.

Heavy-Duty 1/4" Wall Tubing

Carli builds the main body of the track bar from 1/4-inch wall tubing, providing the strength necessary to manage the lateral forces placed on the rear axle during cornering, articulation, and off-road driving.

The axle-side joint barrel is also externally gusseted, reinforcing one of the highest-load areas of the assembly.

This construction makes the Carli Track Bar well suited for Broncos running:

Carli CUB Joint

At the axle side, Carli utilizes its proven Captured Urethane Bearing—or CUB—joint.

The CUB joint is designed to combine the articulation of a spherical bearing with the vibration isolation needed for a vehicle that still spends significant time on pavement. Carli specifically designed the joint to help dampen vibration while maintaining the movement required by a high-travel suspension system.

This allows the rear suspension to articulate without forcing a conventional rubber bushing to absorb all of the rotational movement.

The result is improved suspension freedom without turning the Bronco into a harsh or noisy trail-only vehicle.

FK Teflon-Lined Heim Joint

At the frame side, Carli uses a premium FK spherical bearing Heim joint.

The FK bearing provides the angular misalignment required as the rear axle moves throughout its suspension travel while delivering a precise connection between the axle and chassis. Carli pairs the FK Heim with its CUB joint on the opposite end to balance articulation, precision, and vibration isolation.

Carli JAMMIT Locking Nut

Instead of relying on a traditional jam nut to secure the adjustable Heim joint, Carli uses its proprietary JAMMIT nut.

The external JAMMIT design provides 100% more friction surface area than a conventional jam nut, helping keep the adjustment securely locked in place under demanding suspension loads.

It's a small detail that reflects Carli's approach to suspension design—improving not only the major components, but also the hardware responsible for keeping everything properly adjusted.

Improved Rear Suspension Feel

The factory track bar uses compliant bushings designed primarily around factory ride height and factory suspension travel.

Carli's combination of the CUB joint and FK spherical bearing creates a more precise connection between the rear axle and chassis while still isolating unnecessary vibration. Carli notes that the upgraded track bar helps tighten rear suspension feel while extending service life.

The result is a rear suspension that feels more controlled and predictable while retaining the articulation necessary for serious off-road use.
