Carli King 3.0” Suspension System is the ultimate upgrade for Super Duty owners who demand exceptional performance both on and off the road. Designed with precision and care, this system features massive 3.0” shocks that provide unparalleled comfort and control.

High-Performance Shock Technology:
- The system is equipped with Carli Signature tuned, King 3.0” Remote Reservoir shocks, meticulously developed over years for perfect fitment.
- These shocks feature 10” travel and allow for bolt-in installation—no cutting or welding required on factory buckets.

Rear Shock Configuration:
- The rear is outfitted with matching 3.0” Kings in a Piggy-Back reservoir configuration. Weld-in shock mounts are provided to offset the oversized shock body and strengthen the upper rear mount, ensuring durability.
- Note: Installation requires cutting and welding, and may interfere with factory 5th wheel hitches, requiring modifications.

Increased Ride Height:
- Your truck will sit 4.5” higher in the front, paired with taller Progressive Rate Coil Springs for improved wheel travel.

Optimized Geometry:
- Radius Arm Drop Brackets reset the pivot point for linear travel, enhancing ride quality.
- Sway Bar Link & Drop Brackets Kit: Resets the sway bar engagement point for better handling. The End Link Kit is essential for optimal function.
- Plans for a Torsion Sway Bar upgrade are underway, with options available for enhanced ride quality.
- Bump Stop Drops protect shocks from over-compression, while an Adjustable Track Bar centers the front axle.
- Stainless Brake Lines ensure firm braking performance with adequate length for increased travel.
- Caster Shims fine-tune steering for improved responsiveness.
Rear Suspension Options:

Leaf Spring Configurations:
- Choose between a Full Progressive Spring Pack (reducing capacity to a “light” ¾-ton) or a Progressive Add-A-Pack that maintains factory payload capacity and pairs with a Carli Fabricated 2” block.

F250 vs. F350 Considerations:
- The F250 features a lighter rate spring pack (2 main leaves), while the F350 has a stiffer setup (3 main leaves).
- The F250 Add-A-Pack enhances performance over stock, while the F350 Add-A-Pack may remain stiff unless loaded.

Capacity Solutions:
- We recommend Full Replacement Leaf Spring Packs for both models, especially for the F350 with its stiff factory springs.
- If towing capacity is a concern, consider adding Long-Travel Airbags to restore factory capacities for SRW F350 models.
- The Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack shifts the axle slightly forward for maximum tire clearance, accommodating 37” M/T tires at full compression.
Wheel and Tire: Factory Wheels SHOULD NOT be run with oversized tires. They’re known to rub the radius arm, sway bar and most concerning – Brake Lines. Factory tires and factory wheels will work without issue but we DO NOT recommend running oversized tires on factory wheels. On our 4.5” Ford Systems, we recommend 17”-18” wheels, no more than 9” wide with 5” of backspacing with a 37”, E-Rated Tire. The more rubber, the better the small bump compliance will be at proper inflation pressures. The ride will firm up as you go larger in wheel diameter.
